With over 230 delegates attending the conference from the UK, Europe and the US, the SELEX Galileo Senior Executive Conference ran on the 18th / 19th February at the SAS Radisson hotel at Stansted airport.
Working in conjunction with the SELEX Galileo in-house team, we devised a conference set that allowed the important messages of the programme not only to be delivered effectively but in such a way as to create a more intimate feel than would normally be customary at such an event. The result being we believe, that delegates were made to feel far more a part of the entire event, rather than merely being spectators at it.
Our aim was to ensure that the strategic messages being delivered to the delegates were more readily absorbed due in part to the set construction, combined with fantastic lighting, sound and presentation formats.
As an additional segment to the overall theme of the conference "Building our Future on Values", we introduced two interective elements to the proceedings: one being a key-pad voting system used by the HR department and the other, the use of ball microphones during the questions and answers segements.
Simultaneous translation services were also provided for the audience of Italian and English delegates.
The delegate feed-back from the conference confirmed that over 93% of attendees rated the conference as good or excellent.
